We are currently looking for an Associate – Assistant Relationship Manager to join a leading international banking environment in Dubai.

This opportunity would suit a banking professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience who has supported Relationship Managers/Wealth Managers and is confident managing client servicing, transactions, onboarding, and day-to-day account administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Wealth Managers with daily client servicing and relationship management activities
• Process and monitor client transaction requests, including securities transactions and payments
• Coordinate with front, middle, and back-office teams to ensure timely execution
• Support client onboarding, account openings/closures, and documentation
• Assist with credit approval requests, loan drawdowns, and renewals
• Monitor account balances, pending items, and transaction execution
• Handle client inquiries and requests, escalating to the Relationship Manager where required
• Ensure all activities comply with internal banking policies and procedures

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent English and Arabic
• 3–5 years of relevant banking/wealth management experience
• Strong client servicing, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience supporting Relationship Managers/Wealth Managers within a banking environment

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of the Swiss and/or Singapore financial centres
