Opportunity to join a Global law firm in Dubai. The firm is currently seeking to hire a Banking Associate lawyer c. 2 - 6 pqe to join its highly regarded and busy Banking & Finance team in Dubai.

The Role:

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of conventional and Islamic banking and finance matters, including:

1. Syndicated and bilateral corporate lending transactions
2. Event-driven financings
3. Islamic finance (including Shari'ah-compliant structures)
4. Real estate finance
5. Project finance
6. Acquisition finance
7. Restructuring and refinancing matters
