Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking services
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
  • Provide information about banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Support cross-selling of banking products where applicable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in customer service, banking, or call center environment
