We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Banking Partnerships Senior Specialist.
This role is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening relationships with banking partners. The main goal is to drive business growth, improve collaboration, and support the company's strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Identify and establish strategic relationships with banking partners to support business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
- Maintain strong relationships by addressing needs and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, track KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports and present insights to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on banking and fintech market trends in Egypt and provide recommendations to improve partnership strategy.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or account management (banking or fintech is a must).
- Strong understanding of banking operations and fintech business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare performance reports.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
