Banking Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Banking Relationship Manager with a strong professional network and established relationships within the banking and financial services sector.

The role will work closely with the Finance Director to develop and maintain strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions, facilitate communication, and support the Company in resolving banking-related matters efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and key banking contacts.
• Act as a key liaison between the Company and banking partners, particularly for matters requiring senior-level coordination or escalation.
• Support the Finance Director in resolving banking-related issues and facilitating communication with relevant bank stakeholders.
• Assist with bank account matters, banking services, transactions, documentation, and other operational or financial requirements when needed.
• Coordinate with banks to obtain information, clarify requirements, and follow up on pending or urgent matters.
• Support discussions and negotiations with banking partners regarding banking facilities, services, terms, and potential cooperation opportunities.
• Maintain an active understanding of the banking landscape and identify suitable banking partners or contacts based on the Company's business needs.
• Provide ad-hoc banking and financial coordination support to the Finance Director.

Job Requirements:

• Senior/Manager-level professional with solid experience in banking, financial services, corporate finance, treasury, or a related field.
• Strong and established professional network within the banking sector is essential.
• Proven experience working directly with banks and senior banking stakeholders.
• Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential financial matters professionally.
• Resourceful and capable of facilitating solutions and coordinating complex or urgent banking matters.
