Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries related to banking services (accounts, cards, transactions)

• Provide accurate information and resolve complaints professionally

• Follow up with customers to ensure full satisfaction

• Maintain customer data and update systems

Requirements:

• Graduates Only (Any faculty - 2020 to 2025)

• Excellent English Level (B2/C1) - Must

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work rotational shifts including nights

• No prior experience required - Fresh grads are welcome
