Job Description
We are looking for a Banquet and Catering Waiter to join our team and provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests during events and special occasions.
Job Responsibility
- Set up banquet and catering rooms according to event specifications.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Clean up banquet and catering rooms after events, including clearing tables and resetting for the next function.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience as a waiter in banquet and catering settings.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of proper food and beverage handling.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
