Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barber/Hairdresser role based in Dubai. The professional will perform daily services including haircuts, styling, grooming, and maintaining clients hair care regimes. Responsibilities also include delivering excellent customer service, recommending suitable grooming products, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace to uphold the salon's high standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hair Styling and Hair Care techniques, with the ability to tailor services per client needs.
- Expertise in Barbering and Hair Cutting, with precision and skill to provide high-quality grooming services.
- Background in Cosmetology or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to provide a personalized and enjoyable experience.
- Experience in working in high-quality grooming salons or barbershops is preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Certification in hairdressing or barbering is a plus.
