Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Riyadh. The Baristas will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves communicating with customers to take their orders accurately, and fostering a welcoming and friendly environment for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Experience in Barista skills, including the preparation of various coffee beverages
• Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and strong Communication skills
• Interpersonal Skills to create a positive experience and efficiently collaborate with team members
• Basic knowledge of Food Preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in a caf or food service setting is an advantage
• Barista Certificate is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh
