Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team and deliver high-quality coffee and beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages according to standard recipes.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Take orders, recommend beverages, and handle customer requests.
Maintain cleanliness and follow UAE food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements:

2–3 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hotel preferred.
Barista training or certification is an advantage.
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Knowledge of specialty coffee is an advantage.
Customer-focused with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
