Job Purpose
To deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to all guests, in line with brand standards and company values.
Functional Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests receive positive, professional, and high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations
- Take and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow the sequence of service standards in accordance with brand guidelines
- Prepare beverages according to established standards and recipes
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to confidently describe and recommend products to customers
- Demonstrate a strong interest in coffee, with in-depth knowledge of coffee products and preparation methods
- Ensure food and beverage quality and consistency in line with brand guidelines and company standards
- Maintain optimal stock levels to support smooth daily operations and customer demand
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards through regular audits and quality checks
- Adhere to operational procedures and ensure food and beverage preparation complies with company and municipality regulations
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time, including customer database cards
- Handle cash and other authorized payment methods, issue receipts, and reconcile transactions with sales figures
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management
