We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our dynamic team! As our newest team member, you'll be the face of our coffee shop, creating exceptional experiences for every customer while showcasing your expertise in coffee and product knowledge.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers
- Explain and recommend coffee products, brewing equipment, and accessories
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Maintain expertise on coffee origins, brewing methods, and equipment features
- Actively promote retail products and upsell complementary items
Required Qualifications
– Previous customer service experience (retail/hospitality preferred)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
Preferred Qualifications
– Previous barista or coffee shop experience
– Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
– Sales experience with proven track record
