Arada is looking for an experienced Barista for on of our F&B brands, Hungry Wolves.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high- quality coffee and beverages, maintaining consistency, and delivering excellent customer service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) to standard recipes.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies; inform management when replenishment is required.
• Always follow health and safety standards.
• Support the team during busy hours and contribute to smooth restaurant operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
