Barista

Casa Vero is a new casual Italian restaurant opening in Expo Village, Dubai. We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Barista / Front of House Team Member to join our team.

This is a hands-on, multitasking role. The position is not limited to making coffee — you will be part of the overall front-of-house team and should be comfortable moving between different responsibilities throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include:

* Preparing espresso-based drinks, iced drinks, and other beverages

* Taking customer orders and operating the POS/counter

* Running food and drinks to tables

* Providing friendly and attentive customer service

* Keeping the coffee station, counter, and FOH areas clean and organized

* Assisting with opening and closing duties

* Helping monitor FOH inventory and stock levels

* Restocking beverages, cups, takeaway supplies, and other FOH items

* Supporting the service team during busy periods

* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience

* Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, grinder adjustment, milk steaming, and coffee equipment

* Previous restaurant or café experience

* Comfortable multitasking between barista, counter, food running, and general FOH responsibilities

* Strong customer-service and communication skills

* Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative

* Able to work effectively as part of a team

* Must be able to commute reliably to Expo Village, Dubai
