This is a part-time, on-site position for a Barista located in Doha, Qatar. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality beverages, including specialty coffees, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role includes taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, assisting with food preparation, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. The Barista will also contribute to a welcoming environment by building rapport with customers and working collaboratively with the team.

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including making coffee and specialty beverages
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
• Knowledge or experience in Food Preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work part-time and in shifts as needed
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
