MyPT VSD Branch is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Barista cum Service professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for speciality coffee, healthy food and beverages, and delivering an excellent experience to our gym members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality speciality coffee, smoothies, mocktails, fresh juices, healthy meals, and desserts.
• Welcome and assist gym members and guests with a friendly and professional approach.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while operating the POS system and handling cash/card payments.
• Recommend menu items and promote café products and beverages when appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across the café and service areas.
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, presentation guidelines, and ensure consistency in all beverages and food items.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with daily inventory checks and replenishment.
• Clean, operate, and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures and contribute to smooth café operations.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in speciality coffee, barista, café, or customer service roles.
• Good knowledge of coffee, smoothies, mocktails, juices, and healthy food options.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• PreviousPOS and cash-handling experience.
• Well-groomed, friendly, energetic, and professional personality.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
