Role Description The Barista role at Divine Hospitality is a temporary, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, overseeing daily barista operations, and ensuring consistent product standards. This role includes training and guiding junior baristas, managing inventory for coffee and related supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation that meets health and safety requirements. The Senior Barista interacts directly with guests, providing attentive service, answering questions about menu items, and supporting the front-of-house team during busy service periods. The position also involves collaborating with management to refine beverage offerings and support the overall guest experience in line with Divine Hospitality's service standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Barista skills, including espresso preparation, specialty coffee techniques, and basic Food Preparation abilities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and handling inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and engage confidently with guests.
• Previous experience as a senior barista or in a similar supervisory role within a premium café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and best practices in beverage service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
• Strong attention
