Barista

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks (smoothies)

Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders

Handle cash and credit card transactions

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Stock and replenish supplies as needed

Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques

Ability to operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders

Strong communication skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent
