Qualifications:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Minimum Age: 21 years old.
• Education: At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with Starbucks experience or a background in the hospitality industry are highly preferred.
• Skills: Friendly personality, clear speaking voice, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to memorize drink recipes.
• Physical Needs: Ability to stand for long hours, walk fast, and lift light boxes or supply crates.

Task Description:

• Make Drinks: Brew coffee, pull espresso shots, steam milk, and mix teas or cold beverages following exact recipes.
• Serve Food: Offer and warm up pastries, cookies, or sandwiches.
• Help Customers: Greet every guest with a smile, answer menu questions, and take payments via cash or card.
• Keep Clean: Wipe down counters, wash pitchers, clean espresso machines, and empty trash bins.
• Restock Items: Refill cups, lids, napkins, milk, and coffee bean supplies during shifts.
