This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Kuwait City. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area. Day-to-day tasks include taking customer orders, handling machines and brewing equipment, recommending menu items, and managing food preparation. Delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Barista skills, including coffee preparation and use of brewing equipment
Customer Service and Communication skills for ensuring excellent guest experiences
Interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers and colleagues
Experience in Food Preparation, ensuring quality and attention to detail
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
