At Maison Tuileries, coffee is an essential part of the experience — never an afterthought. We are looking for a Barista who cares about detail, is eager to keep learning and takes pride in preparing every beverage to the same high standard, every time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages according to Maison Tuileries approved recipes and standards.
• Monitor espresso extraction, milk texture and presentation with the Senior Barista.
• Complete all bar mise en place and ensure the station is fully prepared before service.
• Clean and maintain equipment, surfaces and tools according to the daily cleaning schedule.
• Monitor usage, stock levels and waste, and report shortages promptly.
• Welcome customers warmly and answer questions about the beverage menu accurately.

What we look for

• Previous experience in a café or specialty coffee environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of espresso preparation and milk texturing.
• A genuine willingness to learn, improve and respond positively to coaching.
• Strong cleanliness and organisation, working efficiently without compromising quality.
• Flexibility to work on a shift-based schedule.
• Able to communicate effectively in Arabic or English with the team and customers.

Salary and package are determined according to experience, profile and the level confirmed at interview. المسؤوليات

+ تحضير القهوة والمشروبات الأخرى وفق الوصفات والمعايير المعتمدة، مع الحرص على الجودة والدقة في كل عملية تحضير

+ متابعة استخلاص الإسبريسو وقوام الحليب وطريقة التقديم بالتنسيق مع الباريستا الأول

+ استكمال تجهيزات البار والتأكد من جاهزية محطة العمل بالكامل قبل بدء الخدمة

+ تنظيف المعدات والأسطح والأدوات والمحافظة عليها وفق جدول التنظيف اليومي

+ متابعة الاستهلاك ومستويات المخزون والهدر، والإبلاغ المبكر عن أي نقص غير معتاد

+ استقبال العملاء بأسلوب مهني وودود والإجابة عن استفساراتهم حول قائمة المشروبات بدقة

المهارات والخبرة

+ يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المقاهي أو مجال القهوة المختصة

+ معرفة عملية بتحضير الإسبريسو وتبخير الحليب وضبط قوامه

+ رغبة حقيقية في التعلّم والتطور والاستفادة من التدريب والتوجيه

+ مستوى عالٍ من النظافة والتنظيم، مع القدرة على العمل بكفاءة دون التأثير على الجودة

+ المرونة للعمل بنظام الورديات

+ إجادة اللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية بمستوى يسمح بالتواصل اليومي الفعّال مع الفريق والعملاء
