Barista

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista based in Doha, Qatar. The Barista will craft a variety of high-quality beverages, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain cleanliness and organization at the workspace. Daily responsibilities include preparing specialty coffee and tea, operating equipment, restocking supplies, and engaging positively with customers. The Barista will also assist in maintaining food preparation standards and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.

• Proficiency as a Barista with knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation
• Strong focus on delivering excellent Customer Service with exceptional Interpersonal Skills
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Basic Food Preparation skills and a commitment to maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for creating a welcoming and engaging customer experience
