Through New Beginning, Teta's Tables is popping up at Gate Avenue, DIFC, and we are looking for 12 experienced Baristas to join the team for a 3-week, part-time pop-up.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages to a consistently high standard
- Dial in espresso daily, including adjusting grind size, dose, yield, and extraction time
- Texture milk correctly for espresso-based drinks, ensuring proper temperature and microfoam quality
- Maintain coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, brewers) and follow proper cleaning and backflushing procedures
- Assist with basic food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace in line with food safety standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and create a welcoming, calm atmosphere aligned with the brand ethos
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience, preferably in specialty coffee
- Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and beverage consistency
- Experience working with specialty-grade coffee beans and manual or semi-automatic espresso machines
- Ability to follow brew recipes and maintain quality during service hours
- Basic Food Hygiene Training Certificate
- Occupational Health Certificate
- Excellent spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM 3:00 AM)
- Ability to commute to the DIFC location
