Job Purpose
We are seeking refined, passionate, and service-oriented Baristas to deliver exceptional coffee and beverage experiences within our luxury retail store. This role is central to creating a welcoming yet sophisticated atmosphere, where craftsmanship, consistency, and personalized service reflect the brand.
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, and matcha to brand and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service at all times
- Execute espresso extraction, milk texturing, and beverage assembly with precision
- Maintain expert knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and allergens
- Engage guests with confident recommendations and product knowledge
- Anticipate guest needs and support a seamless, refined service flow
- Handle guest feedback professionally
- Follow equipment care, cleaning schedules, and maintenance procedures
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Minimize waste through proper handling, portioning, and rotation of products
- Participate in training sessions and tastings to continuously refine product knowledge and skills
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3+ years in previous experience in a premium caf, luxury hospitality, or fine dining environment preferred
- Previous barista experience in a premium caf or hospitality environment preferred
- Polished, professional personality with exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and service excellence
- Knowledge of specialty coffee and brewing methods is an advantage
- Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
