Job Overview

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverage items in accordance with Plaza Premium Group standards within airport lounges in Saudi Arabia.

Build positive relationships with guests by delivering friendly, professional, and consistent service.

Promote the bar concept, beverage offerings, and brand values to guests.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare tea, coffee, and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare garnishes and ensure beverage stations are fully stocked and ready for service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea and coffee preparation area at all times.

Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Ensure beverages are served promptly while maintaining quality and presentation standards.

Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously, anticipating guest needs where possible.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations in line with company policies and Saudi requirements.

Support the bar and service team during peak operational periods as required.

Job Requirements

High school certificate or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or beverage preparation, preferably in hospitality or catering environments.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work independently with accountability and attention to detail.

Good command of spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Willingness to work shift duties as required.

Work location: King Khaled International Airport Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

(Saudi Nationals are preferred)
