The primary purpose of a Barista is to provide excellent customer service in the dealership's lounge or cafe area, offering beverages and light refreshments to customers and visitors. This role enhances the customer experience by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the highest standards of service while maintaining a clean, comfortable space.

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per customer preferences, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Keep the lounge, cafe, or serving area clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Ensure the area is always presentable and inviting.
- Offers assistance to customers by providing information on available refreshments, special offers, and ensuring any additional needs are met.
- Take orders from customers, process them efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Work with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the lounge, supporting any events or special services offered to customers.
- Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.
