We're looking for enthusiastic, skilled, and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Barista / Senior Barista in Dubai! Role Responsibilities

Barista

Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages.
Operate coffee machines and equipment while maintaining consistent drink quality.
Provide friendly, professional service and respond to customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at the coffee station.
Assist with stock replenishment, ingredient preparation, and daily opening or closing tasks.

Senior Barista

Lead daily barista operations and maintain high beverage quality standards.
Train, coach, and support junior baristas to improve their skills.
Monitor coffee supplies, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service issues.
Support shift coordination and ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment is an advantage.

Knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee brewing methods, and beverage presentation.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.

Senior Barista candidates should have leadership experience and the ability to train team members.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is preferred.
