About The Role
SinLess Hospitality Consulting is partnering with a prominent Food & Beverage group to recruit passionate and customer-focused
Baristas to join an exciting caf concept in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of coffee preparation, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
- Ensure consistency in coffee taste, presentation, and service standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other caf equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and front-of-house areas
- Educate customers on menu offerings and recommend beverages based on preferences
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and supplies and report needs to management
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
- Support team members during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista in a caf, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for coffee culture and hospitality excellence
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
