Barista ( Specialty Coffee )

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to established recipes and standards.

• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace at all times.

• Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, including grinders, espresso machines, and brewing tools.

• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures strictly.

• Assist with stock control, receiving deliveries, and inventory as needed.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment.

• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and espresso techniques.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality and consistency.
