Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Barista role based in Cairo. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee beverages and light food items, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly and efficient service. Additional duties include ensuring a positive customer service experience, managing orders, and supporting daily cafe operations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in barista skills, including coffee preparation and handling equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with team members and customers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure satisfaction
- Experience with food preparation and maintaining health and safety standards
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for coffee and hospitality
- Prior experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory
