Barista

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and passionate Barista to prepare quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will help maintain smooth café operations and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for customers.

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Grind coffee beans and adjust brewing settings to maintain consistent coffee quality.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections when required.
• Maintain the quality, freshness, presentation, and consistency of all beverages.
• Keep the coffee bar, equipment, utensils, and work areas clean and hygienic.
• Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
• Check stock levels and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment checks.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Support the café team during busy periods and perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of espresso preparation, coffee brewing, and beverage-making techniques.
• Knowledge of different coffee beans and brewing methods is an advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and positive personality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-presented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
