A leading international law firm with a rapidly expanding Middle East disputes practice is seeking a high‑calibre litigator to join its top‑tier Dubai team. This role is particularly suited to candidates with strong advocacy experience and a background in complex commercial disputes.

Work Highlights

• Complex cross‑border commercial litigation
• International arbitration across major global institutions
• Digital assets disputes and emerging technology matters
• Enforcement, judgment recognition and asset recovery
• Multi‑jurisdictional matters involving parallel proceedings and sensitive strategic considerations.

• Play a central role in case strategy, advocacy and cross‑border coordination
• Work closely with senior lawyers across multiple international offices

Candidate Profile

This opportunity is ideal for a litigator with strong advocacy experience, ideally those with a background at the English Bar. The firm is open to candidates with approximately 4–7 years call, who can demonstrate:

• A strong track record in High Court commercial litigation and possibly some commercial arbitration
• Experience gained within a London or Regional Set
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong analytical ability and confidence managing complex matters
• A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
• Regional experience is beneficial but not essential
