Job Description

Bartender

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests while providing outstanding customer service. Your role will involve creating unique and delicious cocktails, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

What will you be doing:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails that meet guests preferences and exceed their expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and recommending drink options based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, replenishing glassware, and cleaning utensils.
• Adhere to all beverage recipes, portion control guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Stay knowledgeable about current beverage trends, including new cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper cash handling procedures.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure an adequate supply of ingredients and beverages.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Strong understanding of mixology techniques and ability to create unique and balanced drink recipes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for cash handling.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
