BARTENDER

As a Bartender at Capital Motion you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in both indoor lounges and outdoor beachside areas. You will create memorable experiences through your mixology skills, product knowledge, and engaging personality. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open-air hospitality environment

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to outlet standards and recipes.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies and garnishes.
• Ensure proper handling of glassware, spirits, and bar tools.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
• Assist in setting up and closing down bar stations before and after service.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with barbacks and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Support special events, activations, and VIP service as required.
• Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere at the bar.
• Provide personalized recommendations and beverage pairings.
• Ensure timely and accurate service during peak hours.
