Bartender

CÉ LA VI Dubai is seeking a passionate and guest-focused Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage experiences, maintain seamless bar operations, and embody the vibrant energy of our world-class venue.

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages and signature cocktails in line with established brand recipes and quality standards.
• Deliver warm, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and engaging professionally in a high-volume setting.
• Efficiently process customer orders, handle cash and card transactions, and resolve basic guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain an immaculate, well-organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout operating hours.
• Actively participate in training to expand mixology techniques, product knowledge, and service presentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Bar Manager and team members to ensure seamless front-of-house service flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a bartender, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume venue or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills under pressure.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical demands related to bar service.
• Solid understanding of beverage preparation, classic cocktails, and standard cash-handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
