Summary

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and maintaining a consistently high standard of guest care across the hotel's designated beverage outlets.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, premium resort, or high-end restaurant environment is preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and other beverage offerings.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service.
Well-groomed and professional appearance, reflecting the image and standards of a luxury hotel brand.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
