Bartender's duties are to ensure guests requirements are met upon arriving at the bar. They must demonstrate a high level of organization, be proactive, and anticipate guests needs. They must also maintain the appropriate levels of beverage stocks by monitoring purchases and sales, ensuring professional, efficient, and accurate service of all types of beverages following the recipes in standards, and completely satisfying our guests during their meal experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, presentable uniform and exemplary hygiene standards.
• Be up to date with the latest market trends.
• Attend pre-service briefings and ensure mise en place standards.
• Greet guests professionally and efficiently.
• Make guest recommendations and serve beverages correctly.
• Keep the bar and cellar stocked, clean, and operational.
• Follow food safety regulations and UAE alcohol laws.
• Perform monthly inventories and attend scheduled training.
• Foster teamwork, comply with company policies, and protect company assets.
• Maintain high personal appearance and grooming standards.
• Uphold environmental and occupational health and safety procedures.
• Deliver high levels of customer focus and originality in guest experiences.
• Ensure departmental resources are used efficiently.

Have what it takes to join our team

The ideal candidate for this position will display the following attributes:

• High School (GED Education) or at least 2 years as a Bartender working in a multi-cultural in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to handle large restaurants and guest volumes daily.
• Computer basic skills.
• HACCP awareness
• Other languages Arabic, French, German, Russian, and Chinese would be an added advantage.
