The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality mocktails, fresh juices, specialty coffees, and beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong hospitality skills to ensure smooth bar operations and customer satisfaction in line with Mohamed Hilal Group standards.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, specialty coffees, teas, and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Create visually appealing beverage garnishes and presentations.
- Recommend beverages and upsell signature drinks and specials to guests.
- Maintain complete knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Guest Experience
- Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Engage positively with customers and respond to their preferences and requests.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure timely service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the beverage counter/bar area.
Bar Operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the beverage station at all times.
- Ensure all bar equipment, blenders, coffee machines, and tools are properly maintained and cleaned.
- Monitor stock levels of fruits, syrups, garnishes, and beverage supplies.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures.
- Maintain clean uniforms and professional grooming standards.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams for smooth restaurant operations.
- Support colleagues during busy operational hours.
- Participate in team trainings, meetings, and product knowledge sessions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender, Juice Maker, Barista, or Beverage Specialist in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Knowledge of mocktail preparation, fresh beverages, and coffee-making techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
