Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages: Craft classic cocktails, Italian-inspired drinks, and a variety of non-alcoholic options.
- Maintain bar operations: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Engage with guests: Provide excellent customer service, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage inventory: Track stock levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Collaborate with team: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a bartender, preferably in upscale dining or Italian restaurants.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and Italian beverages; flair bartending is a plus.
- Personality: Outgoing, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in English required; Italian or Arabic is an advantage.
- Eligibility: Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate; valid work permit required.
