About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisenfor a Bartender to join Nuska in Jumeirah BeachHotel from September 2026 onwards.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by providing beverage recommendations and personalized experiences.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Upsell menu items and specialty beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards of the bar area at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and ensure proper storage of beverages and garnishes.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards while supporting team operations.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender within a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, beach club, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the operation.
