We are currently hiring for Bartender Professionals across our award-winning Daylife portfolio, including AURA Skypool, TAPASAKE, Bâoli, and Azure Beach.

We are looking for experienced, dynamic, and highly presentable Bartenders with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in luxury lifestyle dining, beach clubs, and nightlife venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through engaging and professional service.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, champagnes, and premium beverages.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organised, and maintained to the highest standards.
• Recommend beverages and upsell premium products to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor inventory and support stock control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Ideal Candidate

• 2-5 years of experience as a Bartender within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle venue.
• Strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and champagnes.
• Experience in high-volume luxury hospitality environments.
• Passionate about guest engagement and creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
