Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Project Account Manager, located in Giza. The individual in this role will oversee project coordination, manage project timelines, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders during various project phases. Responsibilities will include reviewing and managing submittals, coordinating construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. The Role also involves contributing to architectural project designs and implementing sustainable practices, where applicable, to maintain industry standards such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Proven experience in Project Coordination, Client Management, or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and execution processes.
- Experience with budget control and overall project timelines.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and architectural coordination workflows
- Conduct market research on target industries, clients, and competitors. Assist in generating and qualifying leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
- Draft and support initial outreach emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-ups. Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation.
- Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, execution, and FF&E) and external consultants
- Strong capability to monitor and control timelines for both design phase and finishing / execution phase, ensuring on-time project delivery
