Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with Immergics growth objectives.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across sectors such as exhibitions, real estate, telecom, automotive, FMCG, museums, and cultural institutions.
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (Marketing Directors, Innovation Managers, Event Managers, C-level executives).
  • Understand client needs and work with internal creative, technical, and production teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Represent Immergic at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote services and network.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with project management and creative teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the creative technology, experiential marketing, digital experiences, or media production sectors.
  • Strong understanding of immersive technologies (AR/VR/MR), experiential activations, and digital installations is a must.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams (creative, technical, production).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, exhibitions, and events when required.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing client network in sectors such as telecom, automotive, real estate, luxury, FMCG, or exhibitions.
  • Prior experience working with immersive technologies, media production, or creative/experiential agencies is a strong plus.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and storytelling.
