Business Development and Marketing Representative
The BD & Marketing Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and sales. This role involves conducting market research, developing strategic plans, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and representing the company at industry events.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B meetings and client engagement
- Support in acquiring new clients in coordination with the SMP MPSD team
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Act as a focal point for contract review and scope of work discussions
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contract documentation, proposals, and bid evaluations
- Handle client interactions through platforms such as SAP Ariba
- Support contract initiation and ensure smooth onboarding of new projects
- Prepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual) on business performance
- Coordinate internally to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing, preferably in the oil & gas or related industries
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in the GCC region is a plus
