Developing new partnerships with media and Affiliates (eg. KOLs, influencers and other local crypto leaders), to attract first-time-depositors and trades
Maintaining the existing KOLs relationship and performance
Providing timely, satisfactory and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Bybit's Affiliates and users, proactively liaising with Bybit's internal team, as well as provide improvement recommendations to Bybit management team
Being an integral member in developing a comprehensive African growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Being an integral member in executing on the strategy creatively and practically
Expanding Bybit's client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Enhancing and building Bybit's reputation and business in local markets
Researching emerging Blockchain trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customers needs.
Keeping up with the latest trends on social media, such as YouTube, TikTok etc. and within the Blockchain influencer community
Requirements:
Strong preference for local Nationals (Emirati), in line with local market needs and stakeholder engagement requirements
Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within crypto, fintech, or related industries
Strong understanding of the MENA crypto landscape, with an existing network of KOLs, Affiliates, media, and key ecosystem players
Demonstrated track record of driving user growth, partnerships, and revenue impact
Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Strong results orientation, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes and customer satisfaction
Passionate about blockchain, crypto, and the evolving Web3 ecosystem
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and produce actionable reports
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience leading or mentoring BD/Sales teams is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields; MBA is a plus
