This role suits driven sales professionals with strong relationship-building skills and experience dealing with landlords, investors, or property owners.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new landlords for property management and holiday homes
- Build and manage relationships with property owners and investors
- Present service offerings and negotiate management agreements
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate onboarding of new properties with internal teams
Requirements- Proven experience inBDM / sales(real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- UAE experience required
- Based in the UAE
