Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated
Beautician to join our professional salon team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty and personal care, with the ability to deliver high-quality services in a fast-paced salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manicure, pedicure, gel polish application, and basic nail art
- Provide waxing services including full body, facial, and bikini (as per salon policy)
- Carry out threading, facial treatments, clean-ups, and basic skincare services
- Provide basic hair services when required, such as hair wash, blow-dry, and treatments
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sterilization of tools and work areas
- Follow appointment schedules, salon procedures, and service standards
- Recommend suitable treatments and retail products based on client needs
- Ensure client comfort, satisfaction, and a positive salon experience at all times
- Support team members during busy periods and maintain a cooperative work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist
- Certification or training in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sterilization standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and client care
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
