Role Description The Beauty Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based at Al Serafy Group of Pharmacies in El Sheikh Zaid. The Beauty Advisor will assist customers with selecting skin care, cosmetics, and beauty products, offering personalized recommendations based on individual needs and concerns. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating product use, explaining benefits, maintaining product displays, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing. The role involves providing attentive customer service, handling retail sales transactions, and staying up to date on new products and beauty trends. The Beauty Advisor will collaborate with pharmacy staff to promote a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to engage customers and support successful product selection.
Knowledge of cosmetology and beauty industry practices, including basic makeup techniques and cosmetic application.
Solid product knowledge and understanding of skin care, including different skin types and appropriate product recommendations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, approachable manner.
Ability to work on-site full time in El Sheikh Zaid, including weekends or shifts as required.
Previous experience in a pharmacy, beauty retail, or related customer-facing role is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy for handling point-of-sale systems and inventory checks.
Commitment to maintaining hygiene standards and adhering to company policies and procedures.
