Kerastase brand Beauty Advisor The Kerastase brand Beauty Advisor works with providing excellent customer service and driving sales in the beauty department of a retail store.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Greet customers and assist them in finding the right beauty products for their needs

-Demonstrate and recommend products to customers, explaining their benefits and application techniques

-Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

-Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

-Achieve personal and store sales targets

-Provide exceptional customer service

-Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay updated on new products

REQUIREMENTS:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Prior experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry

-Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques

-Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers -Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Sales-driven and results-oriented

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively

-Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

-Fluency in English and Arabic
