Key Responsibilities
Treatment Delivery
- Perform a wide range of beauty and skincare treatments (e.g., facials, body treatments, laser hair removal, peels, non-invasive aesthetic procedures).
- Conduct skin analyses and consultations to recommend suitable treatments and homecare.
- Follow treatment protocols in accordance with clinic standards and UAE health regulations.
Client Care & Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments.
- Educate clients on skincare products, treatment aftercare, and home regimens.
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records.
Product Knowledge & Sales
- Recommend and upsell skincare products and treatment packages.
- Stay updated on the latest products, equipment, and treatment trends.
- Support monthly retail and service sales targets.
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment.
- Disinfect and sanitize treatment rooms and equipment after each use.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
- Ensure compliance with UAE health authority regulations (DOH).
Team & Clinic Support
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and clinic operations.
- Support the clinic's reputation for quality, safety, and service excellence.
